Culinary Management Nutrition Program - Student Externship - Benefits of a Plant-Based Diet

I have had the pleasure of hosting a student from George Brown College in the past month. Andrea is in the kitchen with me three days a week completing the requirements for graduation from the culinary management nutrition program. It's been wonderful having her. She is passionate about nutrition and a food lover, just like me.
