You can review each menu by subscribing to our weekly newsletter where we notify you that the menu is ready, and see what’s to come! From there you can email us with any dietary questions or concerns should you have any regarding your upcoming plan. We allow subscribers to swap (2) of any dish for another on the menu by request only.
You can also supplement your Family plan with additional items from our À la carte menu by placing a separate order and selecting “Add to my Subscription bag” during check out. This will let us know that you have already placed an order and to combine them.
Order until Monday, March 4, 2024 and your delivery of delicious delectables will arrive or can be picked up at the kitchen on Tuesday, Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Please note: kitchen pick up is from 10:30am-3pm (please call upon arrival and someone will bring your bag(s) out to you).
Menu for Tuesday, Tuesday, March 5, 2024 Delivery:
Plant-based burgers with Nafsika Garden cheese, onion and sliced pickle on burger bun. Served with roasted potatoes and purple slaw. Mustard-vayonnaise on the side
This deconstructed egg roll is served in a bowl with ground TVP, tofu scramble, fried brown rice, crisp cabbage and carrots in a light sauce with Asian flavours to make a perfect stir fry.
Add all ingredients in a pot and slightly sauté until hot throughout
Chef select ancient grain mixed with freshly soaked beans in TexMex seasoning under layers of cashew sour cream, pico de gallo, sweet corn, Nafsika's Garden cheese, crispy romaine heart and green onions. With a guacamole dressing and fresh tortilla chips on the side.
Cranberry Blue Salad
Blueberries with mandarin oranges, cucumber, dried cranberry, golden chickpea, pickled onions, pumpkin seeds and bitter-cranberry dressing on fresh organic greens
Sesame and soy marinated tofu with shredded carrot and radish slaw with vayonnaise on white panini bread. Two sandwiches per order.
Beef Slaw Wrap
Braised beefy TVP with homemade vegetable slaw, onion, carrot and garlic aioli
Two wraps per portion
Blueberries over plant based chia pudding, blueberry cashew crema and ginger cookie crust. Topped with pistachio nuts.
