This plan includes (4) family sized entrées (approximately 3x the size of a single portion), plus (2) Sandwich or Wraps, (1) 30oz homemade soup and a (1) 16oz chia pudding.
Our exciting menu of hearty salads, bowls and entrees, changes weekly with chef select cuisines and popular dishes from all over the world, veganized! So your tastebuds will never be bored.
You can review each menu by subscribing to our weekly newsletter where we notify you that the menu is ready, and see what’s to come! From there you can email us with any dietary questions or concerns should you have any regarding your upcoming plan. We allow subscribers to swap (2) of any dish for another on the menu by request only.
You can also supplement your Family plan with additional items from our À la carte menu by placing a separate order and selecting “Add to my Subscription bag” during check out. This will let us know that you have already placed an order and to combine them.
Order until February 6th, by 9am and your delivery of delicious delectables will arrive or can be picked up at the kitchen on Tuesday, February 7th, 2023. Please note: kitchen pick up is from 10:30am-3pm (please call upon arrival and someone will bring your bag(s) out to you).

Rice & Beans Bowl
Seasoned Beans, rice, diced tomato, sautéed onion, green peas, roasted corn, fresh herbs, pepper, garlic and fresh select greens with jerk dressing

Pesto Pasta Salad
Pasta salad with seasoned tomatoes, green peas, basil, red onion, broccoli/cauliflower, dried berries, cheesy sunflower seeds and Pesto dressing on fresh market greens
Yellow Potato Curry
Creamy coconut curry with potato, cauliflower, chickpea, spinach, ginger, garlic, fresh juiced lime, herbs, fluffy rice and paratha/naan on the side
Macaroni mixed with jackfruit, mushroom, chickpea, green peas, cauliflower/broccoli, onion, and topped with plant-based cheese and bread crumbs cooked in a creamy sauce
Apple Crumble Chia
Layers of caramelized apple, almond-nogg flavoured chia pudding, golden raisins, maple syrup and cinnamon on a toasted nut-granola crumble

A creamy puree of asparagus, spinach, garlic, onion, lemon, coconut oil, salt and pepper cooked in a Savor broth and chili pepper oil garnish.
Asparagus is particularly high in insoluble fiber, which adds bulk to your stool and supports regular bowel movements.
It also contains a small amount of soluble fiber, which dissolves in water and forms a gel-like substance in the digestive tract. Soluble fiber feeds the friendly bacteria in the gut, like Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus!
