Take the work off your plate and enjoy dinner at the table for the whole family, with ready-to-heat and eat plant-based nourishment.
Receive Over 30 Meals, including;
- (4) Family Sized Entrées (approximately 3x the size of a single portion)
- (2) Sandwich or Wraps
- (1) 30oz Homemade Soup
- (1) 16oz Chia Pudding
Our exciting menu of hearty salads, bowls and entrees, changes weekly with chef select cuisines and popular dishes from all over the world, veganized! So your tastebuds will never be bored.
You can review each menu by subscribing to our weekly newsletter where we notify you that the menu is ready, and see what’s to come! From there you can email us with any dietary questions or concerns should you have any regarding your upcoming plan. We allow subscribers to swap (2) of any dish for another on the menu by request only.
You can also supplement your Family plan with additional items from our À la carte menu by placing a separate order and selecting “Add to my Subscription bag” during check out. This will let us know that you have already placed an order and to combine them.
Order until June 5th, by 12pm at the latest please and your delivery of delicious delectables will arrive or can be picked up at the kitchen on Tuesday, Tuesday, June 6th, 2023. Please note: kitchen pick up is from 10:30am-3pm (please call upon arrival and someone will bring your bag(s) out to you).

Cranberry Blue Salad
Blueberries with mandarin oranges, cucumber, dried cranberry, golden chickpea, detoxifying onion, pumpkin seeds and cranberry-rhubarb dressing on fresh market greens -
Olivier Potato Salad
Diced potato, carrot, white beans, celery, pickles, peas, tofu-egg, Nafsika Garden cheese, dill, watercress and Garlic-vayonnaise dressing

Quinoa Bake w/ Tahini
Crispy quinoa baked mixed with hearty vegetables selected from from the morning market plus, pomegranate, pistachio, fresh herbs and beans sprinkled with vegan mozzarella and served with a creamy tahini garlic sauce on the side

Toasted tofu, zucchini, broccoli, green peas, spinach, sweet potato, mushroom, ginger, onion and coconut milk with a side of rice |

Cooked greens and cabbage with carrot, onion and a mix of select vegetables wrapped in phyllo pastry, toasted and served with with dipping sauce -
