Stuffed bell peppers with Savor mozzarella. An incredibly flavourful dish has is filled with a hearty mix of plant-based ground protein, fresh picked vegetables, pulses/legumes and gluten-free grains mixed in a homemade marinara sauce.
Cooking Instructions:
Remove lid. Portion and microwave in a microwave safe dish for 2 - 3 min. OR cover with foil. Reheat in HOT oven at 375 F for 20 to 30 minutes. Check temperature and continue to heat if necessary.
Add sauces, first shaking the sauce in it's container. Drizzle over hot dish. Add a splash of water to container. Put lid back on. Shake to get all the residual sauce. And pour over dish as well. Enjoy!
How to Store: enjoy within 5 to 7 days or freeze fresh. Stores well in the freezer for 6 months. Cook from frozen or slightly thawed.
