Your meals are prepared on Mondays in our local boutique kitchen located in cozy Oakville. The food is entirely plant-based and customizable to your taste and dietary goals. Chef uses only the best Canadian maple, date and brown sugar sweeteners and mineralized salts. Oils are light and limited to organic avocado, sesame, coconut and a very special extra-virgin olive sourced from a tiny town in Italy south of Rome. Entrees are seasonally inspired and supplied by local farmers and suppliers supporting the local community and bringing their veg to tables across the GTA and some surrounding areas!
