Eating less meat is increasingly popular because it’s good for us and the planet. But not everyone is vegan! You're right! That's why with our plan we subsidize the veg! All of our dishes partner nicely with other proteins, starches and vegetable dishes. So eat and eat well, but don't forget your Savor... we mean... your veggies!

Savor meals are sizeable complex dishes that cost less than eating out or ordering in and they are delivered direct to your door! 

Savor for the planet
It’s all about the greenhouse gases. The less animal-based and the more plant-based we eat, the less greenhouse gases are emitted. Translation: our planet lives longer.

Planning can be hard and time consuming but we all strive to eat well! Luckily with Savor there is no prep, no dishes and no mess to deal with. All of our meals are ready to eat or reheat and enjoy. Saving you time but not at the expense of your diet. You can eat with confidence knowing that we have put tremendous thought into your food with each dish hand-crafted by our chefs to include tremendous depth and diversity. All our dishes are made fresh just for you! We have healthy, colourful and fibrous salads to clean & nourish your body along with layered entrees using top of the line vegan ingredients that we are always so excited to share. Delivery, order minimums, order deadline & bag return

When do you deliver?

Orders are delivered every Tuesday, unless indicated otherwise to accommodate Holiday Menus and special deliveries.

Where do you deliver?

We currently serve the following cities in Ontario, Canada: 
Toronto, Burlington, Dundas, Etobicoke, Guelph, Hamilton, Milton, Mississauga, North York, Oakville, Scarborough, Vaughan.

Once you enter your address at the checkout page, you will be shown the delivery options for your area.

 

What are delivery options and cost?

Pick-up on Tuesdays at our Savor Kitchen located at 427 Speers Road, Unit 14, in Oakville between 10:30am & 3pm - Free. Please call upon arrival and someone from our team will bring your order out to you. Kindly return your bags upon pick up.

Orders under $100: 
- Door To Door Delivery - $10 for Oakville, Burlington, Etobicoke, Toronto, Mississauga 

- Door To Door Delivery - $15 for Hamilton, Dundas, Guelph. Milton, North York, Scarborough, Vaughan

Orders over $100: 
- Door To Door Delivery - $5 to Hamilton, Dundas, Guelph, Milton, North York, Scarborough, Vaughan

If you live outside of our current delivery zone, please let us know at info@savorliving.ca or call us at 289-837-3420. We are always looking to widen the Savor Living delivery zone!

Is there an order minimum for delivery?

No, there are no minimums on the orders.
We are happy to offer free delivery on orders over $100 for select regions.

What if I can’t be home to receive my order?

Don’t worry if you are not home to receive your order. You can leave specific instructions for delivery when going through our secure checkout process.

Our delivery drivers do not require a signature. Whether we deliver to your home, office or gym, our meals always arrive in an insulated bag with ice packs for optimal freshness. Please make sure that your meals are refrigerated ASAP after delivery. 

Alternatively we offer pick up at our kitchen facility located at 427 Speers Road, Unit 14 in Oakville. Pick up is available Tuesday from 10:30am to 3pm.

What is your weekly order deadline?

Orders must be submitted by Monday at 12 PM for delivery the following Tuesday to allow enough time for our chefs to select freshest produce and ingredients for you custom dishes.

How do I return my Savor bag?

Kindly leave out our thermal bags and any ice-packs (if any) in front of your door on your next delivery.  We require both items for use to fulfill future deliveries so it is critical that we receive them. Be assured that they are all thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for reuse. 

Should you not be planning to order again, we can coordinate a complimentary bag pick up on an upcoming Tuesday that works. To make those arrangements please email us at info@savorliving.ca

Do you accommodate special dietary restrictions? 

All of our meals are 100% plant-based.  We also take great pride in the fact that our kitchen and equipment have never been crossed contaminated with any animal byproducts.

We do accept dietary requests by email and will make our best efforts to accommodate whenever possible. If we are not able to, we are happy to offer subscribers a swap or suggest another more appropriate dish for your needs. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know.

What about gluten and soy?

Many of our dishes are soy free and/or gluten free.  However, because we do use gluten, soy and nuts in our facility, we cannot guarantee there has been no cross contamination. Therefore, if you have a severe allergy or intolerance to either, depending on your sensitivity we may not be able to accommodate you due to the potential of cross-contamination. So, for those dishes that are labelled soy free or gluten free, it is up to each person to use their own discretion and decide for them self as to whether or not the possibility of cross contamination poses a risk to their health. 

For customers who want to avoid soy we welcome your requests to modify your dish for a clean bean protein at no extra charge.

How long will my meals stay fresh?

Our meals are always prepared fresh and delivered within 24 hours. We recommend that you consume your meals and juices within 3-5 days of delivery. Our meals are preservative-free and our juices are cold-pressed. Many of our meals are freezer friendly. If you aren’t planning on consuming all of your meals within the recommended time frame, place them into your freezer as soon as possible, or may we suggest offering them to a friend?

Do your meals have preservatives?

No, all of our meals are prepared without using any preservatives. Your meals are freshly prepared using only the finest ingredients which are locally sourced and organic whenever possible.

How do I choose the meals I want?

You can let us do all the delicious decision-making by selecting one of our Meal plans, or pick and choose your favourites from our À la carte menu, which changes weekly and includes Breakfast items, Desserts, Appetizers, Entrées and Cold-pressed juices.

Subscription service and payments 

What is the subscription policy?

By subscribing to one of our meal plans, you agree that you will be receiving meals from Savor on a weekly basis according to the terms and conditions with a minimum of 2 orders before cancelling. You will receive a new set of meals every Tuesday at the subscription price you signed up for, and your credit card or method of payment will automatically be charged every Friday morning at 5am weekly.  If you need to pause or or resume your account you must login to your account before that time before your subscription goes through. When is the upcoming week's menu available to view?

Get notified directly via email by subscribing to our Newsletter! Each week the Chef will email a snapshot of the new menu and from here you can navigate directly to the website and begin ordering. From here you can reply to the chefs with any questions, modifications or swap requests! You can expect a reply within 24 hours.
