Delivery, order minimums & order deadline

Where do you deliver?

Our delivery zone spans from Danforth Village in the East to Burlington/Aldershot in the West, and South of the 401 across the GTA.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are based on which town or city you live in. Our kitchen is located in Oakville. You can also chose to pick up your order at the Savor kitchen located at 427 Speers Road, Unit 14.

Is there an order minimum for delivery?

Yes, the order minimum for delivery is $75.00 (food subtotal). If your order is under $75.00 (food subtotal) you can arrange to pick it up at the Savor Kitchen, located at 427 Speers Road, Unit 14.

What if I can’t be home to receive my order?

Don’t worry if you are not home to receive your order. You can leave specific instructions for delivery when going through our secure checkout process. Our delivery drivers do not require a signature. Whether we deliver to your home, office or gym, our meals always arrive in an insulated bag with ice packs for optimal freshness. Please make sure that your meals are refrigerated ASAP after delivery. 

If our delivery days and times don’t work for you, we offer pick up at our kitchen facility located at 427 Speers Road, Unit 14 in Oakville. Pick up is available Tuesday from 11 am to 6 pm and Wednesday mornings from 10 am to 12 pm.

How much does delivery cost?

What is your weekly order deadline?

Order by Saturday at 5 pm for delivery the following Tuesday. On long weekends, order by Sunday at noon for Wednesday delivery. This gives our Chefs ample time to source out the best ingredients with which to prepare your delicious meals. 

About our meals

Do you accommodate special dietary restrictions? 

All of our meals are vegan. We offer gluten-free and soy-free options. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities you or your loved ones have. Although we are a 100% plant-based kitchen we do use gluten, soy and nuts in our facility and cannot guarantee there has been no cross contamination.

Where can I find the nutritional information including calories of each meal? 

If you would like to know what the nutritional information for each meal is, just click onto the entree you are interested in and you will find the nutritional panels which includes calories within the meal description, through the A La Carte Menu. If there is no nutritional panel there, that means we are working on gathering that information. You can alway call us at 289-837-3420 and we will try our best to get you the information you need asap. 

Can I order a gluten-free meal?

You always have the option of requesting a gluten-free version of any of our entrees. If you have a severe gluten allergy or intolerance, we may not be able to accommodate you due to the potential for cross-contamination in our kitchen.

Do you use soy products?

Yes, some of our meals do contain soy. If you have a sensitivity to soy and are restricting your soy intake, please let us know and we will substitute your entree with our soy-free options. If you have a severe soy allergy or intolerance, we may not be able to accommodate you due to the potential for cross-contamination in our kitchen.

How long will my meals stay fresh?

Our meals are always prepared fresh and delivered within 24 hours. We recommend that you consume your meals and juices within 3-4 days of delivery. Our meals are preservative-free and our juices and mylks are cold-pressed. Many of our meals are freezer friendly, indicated by a little snowflake sticker on the package. If you aren’t planning on consuming all of your meals within the recommended time frame, place them into your freezer as soon as possible, or may we suggest offering them to a friend?

Do your meals have preservatives?

No, all of our meals are prepared without using any preservatives. Your meals are freshly prepared using only the finest ingredients which are locally sourced and organic whenever possible.

How do I choose the meals I want?

You can let us do all the delicious decision-making by selecting one of our 3-day Meal plans, or pick and choose your favourites from our À la carte menu, which changes weekly and includes Entrées, Breakfasts, Desserts, Snacks, Kid-friendly, Pantry and Cold-pressed juices & mylks items.

Where can I find the nutritional information on the meals?

You can find the nutritional information for each meal by visiting the À la carte menu and clicking on the individual meal selections. You will see a nutritional panel outlining the calories, fat content, carbohydrate content, protein and specific ingredients of each meal. If you don't see the nutritional panel, it means that we haven't calculated it yet. Please call us with any specific questions and we will do our best to get you the information required as quickly as possible. 

Subscription service and payments 

What is the subscription policy?

By subscribing to one of our meal plans, you agree that you will be receiving meals from Savor on a weekly basis and agree to our terms and conditions. You will receive a new set of meals every Tuesday from our rotating menu (so you will never get bored) at the subscription price you signed up for, and your credit card or method of payment will be charged. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Please note that you will need to pause or cancel at least 7 days prior to your order's scheduled delivery day.

What are my payment options?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and PayPal at this time. 

When is the upcoming week's menu available to view?

Our new (drool worthy) menu is posted on our website each Tuesday at noon. Those who have subscribed for any of our meal plans will get our ‘NEW MENU’ email notification each week, so you can take a peek and look forward to your upcoming delivery. Our menu is always rotating and changing to keep your tastebuds excited.
