DEC. 17th: Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

Slow roasted garlic is infused with our rustic mashed potatoes. Seasoned to perfection with grey organic salts and vegan butter. Served with a creamy mushroom gravy on the side.
PREPARATION(s)
Oven: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Place entrees in hot oven covered with foil, for 30-40 minutes. Carefully check the center temperature or incorporate using a fork or knife to distribute the heat. If not to temp., remove the foil and rotate the dish before placing it back in the oven and continue to reheat checking in after 10 minutes and careful not to burn. Repeat until you get your desired temp.
Stovetop: In a pot over low heat, I like to add my dish and carefully incorporate the ingredients together adding a splash of water and/or my favourite avocado oil to avoid the dish from burning or getting too thick. This is my favourite and the fastest method for reheating many dishes.
Holiday dishes are prepared fresh December 16th and flash frozen for delivery on December 17th.
The kitchen will be closed after the 17th until the new year with deliveries resuming January 7th, 2025!
