Locally farmed apples with roasted leeks and red radish with some garlic in a spot of avocado oil, radicchio, toasted pistachio's, Nafsika's Garden feta, finely sliced onion and wild rice on organic greens

Preparation(s):  Remove and shake dressing. Toss salad into a large bowl and drizzle dressing sparingly. Season to your taste.
