Each week we feature a chia pudding composed with: fresh granola or pastry for the crust, followed by non-dairy milk chia pudding, under an infused cashew crema, a feature topping and tasty garnish.

The WHY:  Chia has the most coveted 3:1 anti-inflammatory ratio between omega-3 and omega-6.
