Celery juice is low in sugar and contains potassium and vitamins A, C, and K. This popular drink may reduce inflammation and boost hydration, among other benefits. Storage: This juice is best enjoyed right after it's made. However, you can store the juice in mason jars or other airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir well before enjoying.
