Chipotle King's Vegetarian shrimp, Nafsika's Garden cheddar, tomatoes, fresh soaked and seasoned beans, sweet corn, red rice and a cashew sour cream dressing

Preparation(s):  Remove and shake dressing. Toss salad into a large bowl and drizzle dressing sparingly. Season to your taste. 

Storage Tip: Keep salad upside down in the refrigerator to preserve greens.
