Order until Monday April 21st, 2025 and your delivery of delicious delectables will arrive or can be picked up at the kitchen on Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025!. Please note: kitchen pick up is from 10:30am-3pm (please call upon arrival and someone will bring your bag(s) out to you).

Menu for Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025! Delivery:

  • Chick(en) Caesar Pasta Salad

    Vegan chicken with pasta al dente, fagioli croutons, capers, sun dried tomato, onion and lemon wedge with creamy cashew caesar dressing on organic greens

     Gluten-free pasta available by email request

    Preparation(s): Drizzle dressing sparingly, toss, taste and enjoy fresh from the fridge. 

    Storage: Store in refrigerator and enjoy within within 3 - 4 days

  • Olympia Salad

    Roasted artichoke, peppers and tomatoes with, chickpea, feta, onion, sunflower seeds and olives on organic greens with balsamic vinaigrette 

    Preparation(s): Remove dressing. Toss ingredients in a large bowl. Shake & drizzle dressing sparingly. Enjoy with chips!

     

     

    Storage: Refrigerate for 3-5 days. Keep salad upside down to preserve greens.

     

     

  • Julienne Fritters

    Gluten-free onion fritters, beluga lentils and fibrous coleslaw with herby-beet dip 

    Preparation(s): Remove sauce. Toast fritters and enjoy over pilaf with sauce!
    Best enjoyed within 3 to 4 days. Freezes up to 6 months.

  • Chickpea-Jack Toona Casserole
    A fishy gluten free pasta casserole that even my most skeptical friends and family cannot get enough of. This dish is a special one just for Savor Lovers.
    I'll be using the finest Italian pasta mixed with finessed jackfruit and chickpea with the mornings market picks, onions and green peas in a gluten-free garlic-aioli cream sauce, sprinkled with bread crumbs.

    Cooking Instructions:

    Spoon portion & reheat in microwave safe dish or place in toaster oven for 8 - 10 min. OR cover with foil & reheat in hot oven at 375 degrees for 20 min. Carefully remove foil, poke through dish with a knife to incorporate the heat. Continue to reheat uncovered for another 10 minutes or until hot throughout.

  • Meatballs and Potatoes

    Vegan Meatballs made with a plant-based protein, legumes and herbs. Served with vegetable mash and sautéed rapini.
