The flavours of lemon meringue pie in a chia pudding! A layered granola over sour lemon chia and creamy cashew meringue and a sunny bright lemon jam.
Each week we feature a chia pudding composed with: fresh granola or pastry for the crust, followed by non-dairy milk chia pudding, under an infused cashew crema, a feature topping and tasty garnish.
