Meals arrive fresh in biodegradable, recyclable containers inside our reusable thermal bags.

Our zero-waste system relies on trust instead of deposits. Please leave out your thermal bags, ice packs, and 1-litre soup containers for pickup with your next delivery. Every return keeps our reuse cycle alive!


Subscriptions paused for more than 3 months may be subject to review or cancellation due to changing ingredient costs, delivery logistics and the cost of operating a small food business. We’ll always do our best to contact you first before making any changes.

The menu will close after the Chef’s final Monday morning market run, or once ingredients sell out. and your delivery of delicious delectables will arrive or can be picked up at the kitchen on Tuesday, Tuesday, July 7th, 2026. Please note: kitchen pick up is from 10:30am-3pm (please call upon arrival and someone will bring your bag(s) out to you).

Menu for Tuesday, Tuesday, July 7th, 2026 Delivery:

  • Lean Green Salad – Fresh, Clean & Crunchy

    A crisp, cleansing salad of green fruits and vegetables served over organic vegetables like crunchy celery, cucumber and daikon radish. With our homemade coconut probiotic yogurt with green spirulina for a light, nourishing bite.

    Plant-based, fresh-picked & full of natural energy

    How to Enjoy: Toss with dressing just before serving. Enjoy chilled.

    Storage: Best within 3–4 days refrigerated.

  • 💜 Detox Me Salad – Red, Purple & Restorative

    A vibrant, cleansing blend of raw beet, purple cabbage, radicchio, red onion, red quinoa and red kidney beans. Plus a sweet and sour delicious Red Raspberry-maple vinaigrette for an earthy balance. 

    Plant-based, antioxidant-rich & liver-loving. 

    How to Enjoy: Toss with dressing just before serving. Enjoy chilled.

    Storage: Best within 3–4 days refrigerated.

  • 🥭 Mango Summer Salad – Its going to be sunny!

    Organic sprouted tempeh, touched with turmeric next to fresh cut mango and a beautiful mix of market vegetables on the sunnier side of the rainbow and a light lemon vinaigrette. Produce is picked fresh from Monday morning’s produce market. 

    Lean for summer

    How to Enjoy: Best enjoyed chilled. Toss with dressing just before serving.
    Storage: Keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3–4 days.

  • 🥬 Saag Paneer – Lean Green Protein

    A rich, aromatic curry made with bright, bitter greens and tender vegetables simmered in a creamy coconut curry gravy. Served with cheesy-ish paneer and a side of rice for the perfect balance of warmth and flavour. 

    Plant-based, gluten-free & packed with nourishing greens

    How to Enjoy: Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave until hot throughout. Serve with rice.

    Storage: Best within 4–5 days refrigerated, or freeze up to 3 months.

  • 🥙Tofu Shish Kebab with Local Corn – Fresh & Flavourful

    Extra-firm tofu skewers grilled with Jim & Franca’s locally grown garden vegetables from Rockwood, Ontario, alongside their sweet, organic corn on the cob and rice on the side. This will be a dish rooted in community and fresh, local harvests.

    100% organic & locally sourced

    How to Enjoy: Reheat gently on stovetop or in the oven until hot throughout. Serve with cashew tzatziki on the side.

    Storage: Best within 5-7 days refrigerated.
