Your meals are delivered in biodegradable and recyclable containers, packed inside our reusable thermal bags to keep everything fresh and waste-free.
Please return all thermal bags, ice packs, and 1-litre soup containers with your next delivery. These items are costly to replace, and we simply can’t afford to restock them in bulk.
Our zero-waste system runs on trust, not deposits — we don’t charge extra because we believe in our community’s honesty and shared commitment to sustainability.
Every return helps us reduce waste, lower costs, and keep this beautiful reuse cycle alive. ♻️

Carrot and Cucumber Refresher Bowl
A fresh bowl of hydrating and revitalizing ingredients! Matchstick carrots, crispy cucumber, shredded cabbage, yellow raisins, toasted walnuts and chickpeas on fresh romaine hearts... and maybe some frisĂ©e (tbd). It's one of my all time favourite greens. It's slightly bitter and so good for your digestion.Â

How to Enjoy: Toss with dressing just before serving. Enjoy chilled.
Storage: Best within 3–4 days refrigerated.

Chicago "Wiener" Salad
A mix of ballpark ingredients on a bed of cabbage. Vegan Wiener dogs, Nafsika's Garden cheese, pickles, sauerkraut, pickled hot pepper, white onion, soaked and seasoned beans in a ketchup-dijon Vayonnaise dressing. Chips on the side sprinkle on top.
Preparation: Remove dressing. Toss ingredients in a large bowl. Shake & drizzle dressing sparingly. Enjoy with chips!
Storage: Refrigerate for 3-5 days. Keep salad upside down to preserve greens.

Quinoa Vegetable Bake with Tempeh
Red quinoa with tempeh glazed in pomegranate
molasses, roasted cabbage and freshly soaked chickpeas tossed together with freshly picked market vegetables, seasoned sunflower seeds and fresh herbs. A creamy tahini drizzle and crunchy pomegranates to sprinkled on top. I mean... summer is around the corner so this is the perfect high protein, low carb, fibrous, gluten free dish and still, totally drool-worthy.
Just reheat and eat!
