Order until Monday, December 16th, by 1pm. THIS IS OUR LAST DELIVERY FOR THIS YEAR. RESUMING JANUARY 7TH, 2025! and your delivery of delicious delectables will arrive or can be picked up at the kitchen on Tuesday, December 17th, 2024. Please note: kitchen pick up is from 10:30am-3pm (please call upon arrival and someone will bring your bag(s) out to you).

Menu for Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 Delivery:

  • Soul Caesar

    Sol Cuisine chicken diced with vegan egg, soy bacon bits, tomato, crispy onions, bell pepper and Savor parmie with a creamy cashew caesar dressing on organic greens

    Preparation(s):  Portion salad in a large bowl without dumping it all to avoid any of the juices that may have accumulated before you lightly drizzle the dressing. This is to prevent the salad from being too watery. Best enjoyed within 4 to 5 days.

    Storage Tip: Keep salad upside down in the refrigerator to preserve greens.

    * Email the kitchen to swap out mock meat with clean-bean-protein substitution 

  • Sweet Potato Salad

    Sweet potato, PlantAhead feta, dried cranberries, toasted walnut/pecan, cinnamon-seasoned chickpeas, red onion, fresh herbs, and cauliflower rice and apple-cider vinaigrette on organic greens 

     

  • Lentil Loaf Cupcakes

    Savory lentils mixed with beans, plant-based protein, carrot, celery and market fresh vegetables mixed together with oats, nuts, seeds and topped with mash potato. Coconut bacon on the side and Roasted vegetables on the side and gravy.

  • Jambalaya

    Slow cooked rice with bell peppers, celery, onion, garlic, beans and Beyond sausage, tomatoes, herbs, aromatic spices, Savor broth, salt and pepper.

    Preparation(s): Portion in microwave safe dish and reheat on low for 3 - 4 minutes 
    OR reheat in the oven covered with foil at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. 
    Carefully remove foil and fork through rice to incorporated the heat. Continue 
    to reheat if necessary for another 10 minutes or.until hot throughout.

  • Tempeh Chow Mein
    Asian glazed tempeh steaks with vegetable chow mein noodles and side of sautéed vegetables
