A fresh bowl of hydrating and revitalizing ingredients! Matchstick carrots, crispy cucumber, shredded cabbage, yellow raisins, toasted walnuts and chickpeas on fresh romaine hearts... and maybe some frisée (tbd). It's one of my all time favourite greens. It's slightly bitter and so good for your digestion.
