Hogtown Vegan is another legendary restaurant shutting their doors and their mac and cheese was my first order before Savor ever existed! In salute of this inspirational resto I want to give them their flowers as one of the first to do it for Toronto. 

Our mac will be simple with elbow pasta baked in a homemade cheese sauce and sprinkled with Daiya cheddar and pea protein. But we have to add our Savor spin and pump it up with fiber-forward market vegetables. (We have to bring the veg).
