A family favourite pasta casserole. Al dente pasta pasta in a rich protein packed "meaty" homemade ragu sauce with lentils and fresh cut mushrooms. Covered in with vegan mozzarella and baked to perfection. This special dish is ALL my mom wanted when she was preggars with me and my pops had to make it for all the nurses when I was born so, it's special and we hope you'll love it!
