✨ IMPORTANT: Individual Wellington's will be delivered frozen for fresh bake on Thanksgiving. This will ensure that the puff pastry rises really beautifully before the festivities. 

How to Enjoy: Bake from frozen. Do not thaw. Preheat oven: Set to 400°F (200°C). Bake for 30 minutes and check. Continue to cook medallion until the puff pastry is golden-brown and crispy. Rest: Let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing so the warm filling sets perfectly.
